Another FINE plate of pink fluorite from Mina Navidad. Until these pink fluorites were discovered in Mexico, Peru and the Alps were the only sources for pink fluorite, and the cost of a specimen such as this was (and still is) astronomical from those localities. The octahedron on this LARGE plate measure up to 2.5 cm from corner to corner. The color is a very intense deep pink. 11.7 x 10.9 x 5.3 cm
