This outstanding Spanish fluorite features large, lustrous and gemmy, rich purpley-blue cubes of fluorite modified by rich purple octahedral faces. The largest crystal reaches 7 cm across. Absolutely magnificent on a shelf, it really leaps out in 3 dimensions. The piece has a color and impact visually, hard to convey in photos! I was told that this style was found circa 1970. Certainly, you see little with such color saturation on the market today.
