This is an insanely rare locality piece from the noted African gem species collection of gem miner Campbell Bridges. It has a very unique neon blue-green color the likes of which is very rare even from Afghanistan or Brazil, much less Africa. I trust Campbell's locality information implicitly, though it IS a most unusual and unexpected locality. Apparently he had a number of them over a decade ago. The termination is actually a strong red color when viewed from certain angles, with a clear zone between the cap and the blue body. It is pristine save for a small contact on the back edge of the termination.
