Choice plate of sharp, attractive Fluorites from the well-known, but now-closed, Erika Mine in Bavaria. The glassy and translucent, intergrown cubes reach up to 2.8 cm on edge, and the Fluorites have a pleasant, fern-green color. Many of the cubes are highlighted by preferential Hematite inclusions, as well as Chalcopyrite crystals up to 3 mm. The plate backlights well, and the Fluorites have excellent fluorescence. A fine example from this closed locality. This is prominently illustrated in the recent 64-page article on Kay in Mineralien Welt (6-2017).
