We have all seen numerous garnets frm this location in recent years, but some are just so outstanding they rise above the crowd,. This piece, illustrated in the China issue of ROCKS & MINERALS, is one such. It is really breathtaking in the quality of the color contrast; and the luster and color are just top percentile.
