Superb set of thin, layered Molybdenite crystals from Westchester County in New York. The Molybdenite crystals have fantastic, silvery metallic luster, as you would expect, and good hexagonal form. The largest of the crystals is 4.5 cm across. This is about as good as it gets for Molybdenite, and from a classic locality, no less. Better in person.
