These two crystals, one with minor attached matrix, are gemmy, deep red, lustrous, and transparent. Crystals of this size and quality were never plentiful from this locality. The short, fat one has more brightness and rich color while the other crystal is of more trditional habit, and more transparent. 1.6 x 0.6 x 0.4, and 1.4 x 1 x 0.8 cm
