An exquisite example of the famous Tsumeb dioptase from early 1980s finds, showing the almost electric green shimmer of classic Tsumeb style at its best. The large crystal is dominantly displayed, and has amazing surface patterns the closer you look. It is 1.8 cm long. This is a fine, historic miniature from an old collection. Long in IKONS book author Wayne Thompson's personal collection of Miniatures/Thumbnails built with his daughter, Stevia, when she was young. Laszlo Kupi photo.
