As those familiar with the deposit know, Panasqueira Pyrites can be of very high quality. This piece is a fine example, featuring a complex flattened crystal, very bright and set in an aerial position. It is accompanied by well-defined Arsenopyrite crystals and Siderite. A very aesthetic Panasqueira specimen in excellent condition, quite different from the usual Pyrites from this locality.
