A cluster of crystallized prehnite, these forming casts after now gone laumontite, hosting pseudo-cubic crystals of fluorapophyllite to 1.5 cm on edge and small white balls of crystallized gyrolite. In good condition all around. Damupada is a neighborhood and traditional tribal hamlet located near the Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Historically, it is one of several indigenous "padas" inhabited by communities such as the Warlis and Kolis, situated in a broader area where archaeological artifacts from the Shilahara dynasty have been documented. Over time, the locality has been heavily impacted by urbanization and local quarrying. Geologically, Damupada lies within the Deccan Traps, a massive volcanic province dominated by basaltic lava flows, including pillow basalts and hyaloclastite that formed approximately 62 million years ago,. Quarries in this basalt matrix have exposed cavities containing secondary minerals such as quartz, calcite, prehnite, and various zeolites, which precipitated from cooling fluids after the initial volcanic activity,
