A fantastic miniature of rhodochrosite from the Millennium Pocket, the first pocket discovered in 2000 at the Sweet Home Mine. Extremely gemmy with excellent color, this is a top example of what people look for in a Sweet Home specimen. Despite its positive attributes, the specimen is not perfect. The top of the main crystal is chipped, as seen, creating a dip in the edge – however the smaller crystal is also like this, creating an interesting symmetry. Not perfect, but still very nice. Displays nicely as seen, or rotated and turned on its side.
