A very neat Mexican rhodo! This specimen features a contrasting crust of salmon botryoidal rhodochrosite on top of an oxidized matrix (most likely Hissingerite). A classic for Santa Eulalia, these rhodochrosites have been desirable since they first started appearing on the market in the 1960s. In very good condition. Photo by Invenio Fine Minerals
