This gorgeous specimen has a lot going on! Three fluorite dodecahedral habit crystals sit on a quartz witha large goshenite (colorless beryl) spray surrounding. There appears to be goshenite inclusions inside the fluorite. Black tourmaline/schorl is also present on the matrix.
