Classic amber-coloured Fluorite from one of the world's most famous mines for this colour - Hilton mine. This great miniature-sized matrix-hosted crystal aggregate features well-formed penetration-twinned Fluorite crystals to 1.7 cm on edge. These crystals present intensely amber-coloured transparent, gemmy, corners and frosted, cloudy cores, along with the central part of their cubic crystal faces. Ex Dr Stephen Crook Collection, this specimen is mounted upon a small acryllic base for display and handling but is easily removed.
