An exquisite thumbnail specimen! Graceful chain of four main interconnected double terminated, water clear, transparent Quartz crystals from the Ace of Diamonds mine in Herkimer commonly known as Herkimer Diamonds for their pure diamond-like brilliance and sparkle. The largest individual crystal measures 1.7 cm tall by 1.4 cm wide. Most have small inclusions within the center of crystals. There are two additional tiny sidecar crystals attached as well as a couple of patterned impression spots where other Quartz crystals were detached. The four crystals have good balance and architectural forms, creating beautiful aesthetics. The near-pristine piece is a complete 360 display specimen with well-formed, sharp terminations. An elegant series of scintillating Quartz crystals with superior glassy luster and captivating beauty. Ex. William (Bill) Larson Quartz Collection. This collection was built since the 1980s and on exhibit for decades in his jewelry and mineral store in Fallbrook, California.
