Mercury with Cinnabar

Small tiny amounts of metallic mercury on matrix with minor cinnabar. The specimen comes with an old data card as shown at the end of the video dating this to 1958. The locality given on the card is Grants Pass, Oregon. I could find nothing related to mercury deposits in this area.
