Bournonite
0 for sale·Member since 2026
Bill & Carol Smith Collection Bill and Carol Smith collected sulfosalts in general, but they collected bournonite as an impressive stand-alone suite with representation from many disparate localities. This mound of matrix is covered with drusy quartz and then scattered with sparkling pyrite crystals. About 15 thick bournonite “cogwheel” twins to 2.3 cm are spaced on the quartz and then partially overgrown with pink manganoan calcite.
