Amethyst

Locality: De San Eugenio, Artigas, Uruguay.
Excellent color, much superior to Brazilian amethysts. This crystallization formed in a ball around a Calcite stalactite is particularly aesthetic and therefore sought after.
Dimensions without the acrylic base, which is supplied with the mineralogical specimen.
The mineral is not glued to the base (soft putty).
