Here is an aggregate of very aerial and well-defined crystals of the rare silver antimonide dyscrasite with very fine terminations, from this classic old historical German mining district at St Andreasberg. The area is duly noted for its various fine silver species, however, all of the mines are closed and have been since the turn of the 20th Century. This miniature is absolutely superb for the species and the locality. This lustrous and robust dyscrasite group is composed of well over a dozen divergent silver-gray crystals in a three-dimensional group that are from 1 to 1.5 cm in length, although the crystals are subtly distinct within this cluster.
