Two excellent well-developed intergrown radiating clusters of flesh-pink bladed Inesite crystals measuring to 4.7 cm overall, and with attractive bowtie forms, sit upon a white Calcite matrix itself studded with small chestnut brown Hubeite crystals. It comes from the Fengjiashan mine, China which is the Type Locality for Hubeite. This is a particularly fine Inesite in comparison to any from worldwide locations and with the addition of the extremely rare species Hubeite is particularly choice. Ex Robert Brandstetter Collection.
