An attractive specimen of pink crystallized thulite on matrix from the Leksvik Quarry, Norway. The crystals display a pleasing natural form and vibrant rosy coloration characteristic of this manganese rich variety of zoisite. Thulite is most commonly encountered in massive form, making well crystallized examples such as this distinctly uncommon and especially desirable to collectors. Preserved in good condition, this piece represents a fine and unusual example from one of Norway's classic thulite localities, offering both aesthetic appeal and rarity in crystallized habit.
