Fluorite, 5 cm, from the Ice Cleft, Weisseck, Lower Tauern Mountains, Austria. This is the only yellow fluorite I’ve ever seen from Weisseck. I found this in the front part of the Ice Cleft. It has a complex structure with yellow zoning along the edges and lustrous surfaces. Collected in August 2010. Reinhold Bacher collection and photo.
