Lepidolite, 11 cm, from the Ochua mine, Karibib, Namibia. I found this in 1994 with Bill Barker and Wayne Thompson. As with quartz crystals, one could reach into the vug and pull out these beautiful lepidolite clusters shiny, clean and well-formed. Jeff Scovil photo.
