Epidote on orthoclase, 4 cm, from the Santa Teresa Mountains, Graham County, Arizona. Collected with Scott Alter in the early 2000s. We had located a large pocket with epidotes but it was next to another cavity which housed a bee hive. When I attempted to work it, the bees attacked, stinging my ears repeatedly as I ran down the mountain. We named it The Bee Pocket. We returned to get our gear the next year.
