Kunzite spodumene, 23 cm, from the Urucum mine, Galiléia, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This flawless crystal has a well-formed termination (not evident in this photo) and no cleaved surfaces, characteristics which are typical of this historic locality that has been among the world’s most prolific producers of kunzite specimens.
