Rhodochrosite
Expertly polished by rhodochrosite carving specialist Paul Cory of Iteco in the 1980s, this is from the famous large find in the 1980s, that is still the best quality found to date for this style of multiple connected stalactites. This material is no longer available on the contemporary market, and large pieces with this many interconnected stalactite sections are hard to come by. The translucency and color make these vibrant additions to any mineral specimen showcase. 207 grams.
