Create one order from multiple listings

Bundle several listings into one order with a single shipping charge and one payment link.

Last updated

Seller orders let you sell several specimens to one buyer as a single purchase: one set of prices, one shipping charge, one checkout. You create them from Seller tools, and the buyer pays through a payment link.

Create the order step by step

  1. 1

    Open Seller tools

From your Profile, open Selling, then Listings. Seller tools shows your whole inventory with each listing's status, tags, and notes.

  2. 2

    Select published listings

Use the checkboxes in the listings table on desktop, or select the inventory cards on mobile. Only listings shown as Active (published) can be selected; draft, sold, reserved, and removed items are not eligible. When you have picked the pieces for the bundle, click Create order in the selection bar.

    Review the order details

Give the order a title so you can recognize it later, and optionally choose an existing buyer by name or email. Each item starts at its listing price; lower the final price if you want to give a discount — a final price higher than the listing price is rejected. Enter one shipping charge for the whole order instead of a separate charge per listing.

Save a draft or create the order

Choose Save as Draft if you are still checking the details: a draft stays editable and does not reserve the listings, so they remain on sale. Choose Create Order when the bundle is ready to send: it reserves every selected listing, takes them off the market, and locks the order. Neither action charges the buyer.

    Send the payment link

If you chose a buyer, EarthWonders emails them and notifies them in the app with the checkout link. The checkout is tied to that buyer, so only they can pay. If you left Buyer empty, open the ready-to-pay order and use Copy Payment Link to share it yourself — anyone with that link can open the checkout.

Common questions

Why can't I select any listings?

Seller orders require published listings. If Seller tools has no eligible items, publish a listing first, then return to Listings. If a listing becomes unpublished while the order form is open, saving fails — remove it or publish it again before creating the order.

Can I change an order after it is ready to pay?

No. Once you create an order, its title, buyer, prices, and shipping charge are locked. Delete the ready-to-pay order — its listings go back on sale — and create a new one.

Does Create Order charge the buyer?

No. Create Order saves the order as ready to pay and reserves the listings; payment happens when the buyer opens the checkout link and pays.

Can I send one link for several listings?

Yes. That is what a seller order is: select the listings together, set the item prices and one shipping charge, then create the order and share its payment link. If you assign a buyer, EarthWonders sends them the link automatically.
