We aim to make returns rare — accurate listings and careful packing do most of that work. When one is needed, it's four steps.

Every listing shows its window — 30 days after delivery by default; sellers can set anywhere from 2 to 90. If something's wrong with your order, don't press “Received order” — start the return instead.

Open the order's conversation, explain the issue, and ask for return instructions. Most sellers resolve things quickly — and support can step in if you can't reach an agreement.

Pack it like it arrived
Photograph the specimen before packing, ideally video the packing itself, and reuse the seller's double-box approach. Ship with the carrier the seller specifies, always with tracking.

Refund
Once the seller confirms the specimen is back in original condition, EarthWonders issues your refund — typically within 3–5 business days, to your original payment method.
Document as you go
Photos are what make a return frictionless — they protect you and the seller at every handoff.
Before opening
Photograph the package exterior — any dents or damage matter if the contents are hurt.
On arrival
Shoot the specimen from several angles in good light the day it arrives.
While packing the return
A short video of careful packing protects you if anything happens in transit.
After shipping
Keep the tracking number and receipts until the refund clears.
