Mimetite with Malachite on Dolomite$800.00

Metasomatic cavities within dolomitized limestone are lined with small Dolomite crystals upon which, within the larger cavities, small florettes of green Malachite are dispersed, followed by cream coloured sprays of Mimetite. This is a classic association for Tsumeb mine but specimens are certainly not common. This miniature specimen is in excellent condition and displays this association extremely well.
