This is an eye-catching and extremely lustrous yellow diamond of a color that is hard to find in today's market. This diamond exhibits a glowing, rich honey-yellow color and superb transparency. With the diamond industry growing as rapidly as it does year after year, crystallized specimens in their natural shape are getting harder to find, especially colored diamonds. This would be a nice example as both rough for a collection or rough to be mounted into jewelry. We were VERY lucky to obtain a few Anabar crystals in one lot - nearly a decade ago from a source in the NYC gem trade, who sees parcels before they get cut. 1.08 ct, 5.12 x 4.38 x 4.25 mm.
