Bright green, terminated Emerald crystal on white to colorless Calcites. This fine specimen has great contrast with a gemmy emerald positioned at the base of a cluster of tabular Calcites. This specimen has fully crystallized Calcites wrapping around the backside of the piece as well.
La Pita Mine is regarded as one of the top gem quality Emerald mines in the entire world. Located close to Muzo Mine in the Colombian Emerald belt. Pita is known for producing the most intense greens in the region.
