This lovely individual Fluorite crystal from Llamas Quarry in the Caravia Mining Area, Asturias, Northern Spain is not only insanely gemmy, but has a sumptuous purple colour, shows great zonation, and displays the characteristic bevelled edges seen in some of the other mines locally. It is an absolutely remarkable miniature crystal and, other than the missing edges where it was attached to other crystals, it is perfection. The bevelled crystal faces are so miraculously sharp and glassy, and internally the crystal is almost perfectly transparent. A real beauty from Spain.
