CC43098NATIVE SULPHUR$160.00
Editor's note
This is not a yellow cough drop but an individual crystal of native sulphur - the resemblance makes it really fun! A very common mineral with many industrial applications, who would think it makes for a nice collectible. It is bright yellow and very representative of where it comes from in Sicily, Italy.

Description
A single, off matrix, lemon-yellow euhedral orthorhombic Native Sulphur crystal from the classic European area of Agrigento Province, Sicily, Italy. The thumbnail crystal is well-formed on five sides but the rear is incomplete where it was formerly attached to matrix. The crystal faces show some nice 'stepped' growth surfaces and presents very well.
