Description
This is a spectacular example of a Dauphiné penetration twin. Very sharp with great luster and transparency this is certainly a high quality alpine quartz. Not sure if this specimen has enough twist to be called a gwindel, I will leave that argument up to the collector. Regardless it is an excellent specimen.
