This fine specimen is believed to have been in a collection from before the 1930s. The excellent varied green Elbaite crystals displays an abundance of parallel terminated crystals, measuring to 8cm tall. Two of the crystals show a near gemmy zone of blue-green colour within them, a specimen with great lustre. Several areas of the vertically striated parallel growth crystals are translucent to opaque. An old specimen from the gem pegmatite rich area of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
