An splendid miniature of nicely crystallised Fluorapatite from the classic German area for this species around the town of Ehrenfriedersdorf in the Erzgebirge district of Saxony. Lustrous, hexagonal Fluorapatite crystals, measuring to 1.2 cm across the pinacoid, form an aesthetic intergrown group on a minutely botryoidal light Muscovite matrix. The Fluorapatite crystals display a colourless to pale aquamarine blue zone overgrowing an earlier generation of translucent to opaque, greenish grey Fluorapatite. It’s a distinctive specimen from this well-known locality.\n
