This fine, substantial crystal of bi-coloured Elbaite crystal is actually three crystals in near parallel growth. The typical classically striated prism faces grade upwards from gemmy translucent red, pink and green passing back into pastel pink around the terminations, topped off by a well-formed three faced termination. A classic tourmaline from the renowned Paprok area in Afghanistan.
