A classic specimen of largely gemmy Dolomite from the Azcarate Quarry, Eugui, Spain. Interpenetrant twinned distinctively rhombohedral Dolomite crystals measuring to 7.5cm on edge display mainly smooth faces with some faces showing faint striations. Pleasingly lustrous and gemmy colourless, to a translucent light grey with some internal zone bands. A fine Dolomite from the quarry.
