Molybdenite included in Quartz
A single, glassy, transparent quartz crystal included by an attractive, oriented dusting of glistening, approximately-1 mm, gray-silver molybdenite crystals. Upon close inspection, and depending on orientation, the mini molybdenite crystals are actually attractively scattered on the surface of a barely discernible phantom quartz crystal! Very unique and enticing piece. Minor chipping on a couple of the prism face intersections and the terminal faces have been polished to reveal the interior delights. ex Terry Skip Szenics collection
