From Tsumeb, this is a large, dramatic crystal with deep azure blue color, a sharp termination, a dramatic shape, and is complete all around! Such crystals were always rare and, even though there was a recent flood of azurite from Mexico on the modern markets, specimens like this from the old classic locality have held their own because they are so unique and different. This is one of those fine old styles that has not been matched by anything modern. The robust crystal size combined with the nice color (visible without special lighting as some are too dark) is beautiful. Old material, almost certainly 1960s or previous. It comes with a custom lucite base for display.
