An outstanding, large, brilliantly metallic, lustrous specimen of pyrargyrite on minor matrix from a 2006 find at Fresnillo, Mexico. The piece is a stacked aggregate of malformed crystals up to 2.1cm! Crystals exhibit relatively smooth prism faces and the terminations are composite. When strongly backlit it glows ruby red, under normal lighting it is very bright and it glimmers. Ex. Dick Heck collection.
