Description
My friend purchased this GEM of a crystal from Rex Harris, the claim owner, at Tucson a number of years ago because it was simply the finest single crystal, quality-wise, he had ever imagined. I have not seen better, to this day. True, it is definitely on the small side BUT it is so fine, and so astonishingly gemmy, that it stands out anyhow. The crystal measures about 4 mm each dimension, and is pristine, perfect, and just plain brilliant. It certainly has one good cut stone inside of it, that is worth a good bit of money at the going rate of $1000 or more per carat in cutting value. 3.2 x 3 x 1.6 cm
