Tourmaline on Feldspar

This large specimen is remarkably UNREPAIRED and has truly unique aesthetics. It wraps around several faces of a large floater microcline feldspar crystal! The tourmaline itself is 10 cm from tip to tip and undamaged. It has a really deep wine-red color to it that is frankly extremely rare from the Himalaya, where paler hues of pink prevail. In person, you can really see how the color stands out compared to most other Himalayas in richness and intensity. The termination is perfect; and you can display the piece from any number of angles as shown, to maximize whichever feature of this complex specimen you like the most!
