A stunning old-time Mexican amethyst from this prominent silver producing region of Mexico. Beautiful form and color make for an exceptionally beautiful specimen for the species and the locality. A very nice break from the more typically seen Mexican amethysts. In overall nice condition, with some damage to a handful of terminations. From the collection of Kay Robertson (1920-2020).
