The 13 year run produced some of the world’s finest mineral specimens, and changed the mining and mineral world. This piece is unique and important because it is one of the last specimens recovered from the Sweet Home Mine before its permanent closure in 2004. The 04-20 pocket (AKA the “Really Last Pocket”) was, indeed, the *really* last pocket recovered from this world-famous mine. This piece represents the end of an era. Specimens from the ‘Really Last Pocket’ are few and far between, and seldom come up for sale.
