Azurite
One of the best single blades of Azurite I have seen from this locality. While thousands of specimens were recovered from this area only perhaps 30-50 specimens of this quality were found in a small 10m vertical zone at the mine in 2012 according to a source with intimate working knowledge of the locality. Like almost any modern mechanized mine many more specimens were likely mined through and unfortunately destroyed. The color is a vivid saturated blue. The combination of sharpness and luster is stunning it looks like the crystal was faceted. Specimen comes with custom acrylic base.
