Fluorite
Here is a good sized deep purple crystal of fluorite intergrown with matrix from the well-known Auglaize Quarry. The more commonly known form of these involves a clear or lighter colored outer layer. This saturated darker color is not seen as often. Lustrous faces and well terminated, specimen is in good condition besides being cleaved on the bottom.
