A great example of Triphane - the yellow variety of Spodumene. Spodumene is better known for the bright pink variety called Kunzite. This example features naturally etched surfaces and large transparent sections that seem like they could be cut into fine gemstones. I think this one is better preserved as a specimen. Some minor edge wear is present in a few places, but overall the specimen is in great condition. Sizes are approximate.
