Quartz with Chlorite Inclusions (Japan Law Twin)
If the sheer size of this specimen isn't enough to impress then its contents surely will! This gorgeous specimen is composed of exceptional Japan-law twinned and sharp, prismatic Quartz crystals, all presented on matrix; the most impressive of these twins is aesthetically presented at the top of the specimen, reaching a whopping 9.4 centimeters across. The Quartz crystals are transparent, colorless, and complemented with a nicely frosted surface. A handful of the crystals, primarily in the middle, are included by nicely contrasting, dark green Chlorite microcrystals. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
