Cuprosklodowskite
This is an absolutely stellar example of Cuprosklodowskite, a copper-bearing, secondary mineral found in uranium deposits, that features highly condensed clusters of well-formed, intensely green acicular crystals, which completely line the interior of a contrasting matrix. In the center especially there is a relatively large, radial spray of Cuprosklodowskite crystals to boot. Some of the crystals are nicely terminated, and each has a striking transparency and silky luster. Dark brown associations of what is possibly Uraninite mottle the outer portions of the matrix, giving the piece a little added contrast.
